Dr. Jeffrey H. Reed
Dr. Jeffrey H. Reed, founder of Reed Engineering, is an active researcher in DSP techniques for communication systems and has a particular interest in signal processing methods for interference rejection. Dr. Reed received his BS, MS, and Ph.D. degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of California, Davis, and received the American Electronics Teaching Fellowship Award while completing his Ph.D. In August 1992, he joined the faculty at Virginia Tech.

Dr. Brian D. Woerner
Dr. Brian D. Woerner's research interests involve the development of modulation, error correction, and interference rejection techniques for CDMA systems. He received his BS in Computer and Electrical Engineering from Purdue University in 1986, and his MS and Ph.D. in 1987 and 1991, respectively, and an MS in Public Policy, with an emphasis on telecommunications policy, from the University of Michigan, where he was a Unisys Fellow. He has served on the faculty at Virginia Tech since 1991.

William Newhall
Bill Newhall is a wireless communications researcher with Virginia Tech's Mobile and Portable Radio Research Group (MPRG) and an engineer with Grayson Wireless. Bill earned B.S. and M.S. degrees in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech, where he was a General Motors Scholar and where he received Davenport and Virginia Space Grant Consortium fellowships.
